Does arena net ever ask you to send error report when your game gets disconnected? Just wandering because in the 2+years i've been playing this is the first time the game has a pop up window that ask me to send report and i click okay!!!!!!! eeeps. it never ask to send report before this day.

and did not have a screen shots.

one of those error report thing that microsoft love to do.

Same as Rampagers.

Interestingly, I can never send it, because the game has locked..and thus the error report window has locked, and usually my PC has locked also

If say I send an email to arena net support will they be able to varify that they infact have receive a report for my account?

Yeah i get them occasionally, mostly when GW just decides to terminate itself.

Always at just the wrong moment.

Error reports are normally automated

Data is collected automatically and compiled how they want it, if you click yes its sent off on its own - where its builds up with other error reports and any repeating theme's in the errors are checked out

You normally dont have to provide evidence yourself, and when you do your report is just in a pile of 100's of others

this was happening to me. Most common causes are overheating and a unstable overclock. I use the 780i mobo and the system stopped those blasted reports and crashing after I lowered my over clock, and upgraded the mobo bios to p04. My over clock was totally stable for EVERTHING else other than GW.

I don't typically get the error report window. When GW crashes, it takes the whole system with it and forces a manual reboot.

I got it during a bug during the NF preview that made the game crash.
Never a DC though.

Thanks for all the input, I am overly paranoid that it could be hackers or account stealer trying to get info from my computer and had crash my game and generated a fake report. but since other players have it too, I guess I just need to not be this paranoid, for the time being.

yeah, I get it probably three times a year. I never put in additional comments, but do send the report
